What Showrunner is

Showrunner is a platform for making episodic stories. You describe what you want to see, and the tools render it — characters, sets, dialogue, camera and sound — as episodes and clips that belong to a world you can keep returning to.

The point is not a single clip. It is the second episode, and the tenth: the part where a world acquires a cast, a look and a set of rules, and other people start caring what happens next.

How it works

Every show is a world with its own style, cast and continuity. Episodes are made inside that world, so the look holds from one to the next instead of drifting. Clips are the smaller unit — a scene, a moment, a joke — and they chain together into longer runs.

Shows made in-house sit alongside shows made by everyone else. Both are watchable.
