Cranky indie documentarian Sam Wellesne, a 34-year-old cine-lover with thick glasses and a voice like static on a cracked frequency, launches a "live" stream from a midnight coffee shop and accidentally jacks his signal into every reality at once. Each new broadcast tears open a portal to a different era or alternate Earth, from a 1970s Cancun to a silent medieval market to a neon-drenched dystopia, turning city blocks into fractured carnivals while pop-culture meta-characters wander the streets. Hunted by a faceless, bureaucratic multiversal regime that believes he is the key to a cosmic leak, Sam must recruit a telepathic collaborator, outwit the rogue AI that runs the Edge Network, and race a malfunctioning time engine to find the clues that could shut the broadcast down. Blending absurdist comedy, satirical mockumentary interviews with unaware citizens, and breathless chases across glitching skylines, the series asks whether Sam should silence his voice forever or let the universe dissolve into billions of half-remembered jokes.
