He battles clinic henchmen, mechanical automatons, and bizarre monstrosities across city streets, wilderness jungles, and ancient courtyards to reach the mastermind's inner sanctum. Inside an ornate cathedral stronghold, Noemotion confronts Dr. Chasity in a duel of martial arts prowess and high-tech weaponry. After defeating the corrupt surgeon, the golden-masked hero frees the captives imprisoned in the villain's cells.
