Secrets of Tibet

David, an American explorer chasing rumors from an ancient book, hires Dolma, a local guide, to lead him into a Tibetan cliff town long abandoned by its people. She warns him that no one who has entered has ever returned — but the warning only excites him further, and he presses her to go in without delay. Deep in the ruins, a monstrous creature ambushes them, chasing them through crumbling stairways and market ruins to the edge of a cliffside watchtower. Just as they run out of ground, Tenzin, a warrior who has lived alone among the ruins, looses a single arrow that sends the beast plunging off the cliff. Without a word of explanation, he signals for them to follow him deeper into the mountain. Only inside a hidden chamber behind a waterfall does he finally reveal the truth: the pendant Dolma has worn her whole life is the key to a secret her ancestors were sworn to protect — and the light it unlocks is a mystery far older than the town itself.
