Shadow of the North

When a sacred ceremonial horn is stolen from a frozen northern settlement, Bjorr gives chase through a deadly wilderness. His pursuit leads him into an ambush by frost wolves, a brutal clash with the raiders’ rear guard, and a collapsing rope bridge over a mist-filled ravine. Far ahead, the masked leader uses the horn to summon a colossal frozen hand from the abyss. The giant hand carries him down into the fog before Bjorr can reach him. As the trail disappears, a mysterious pair of golden eyes reveals that Bjorr has been watched all along. A hidden voice offers to help him continue the hunt—but only under an unknown condition.
