Marcus “M-Raze” Cole - rapper

Tonight, we have one of the biggest names in hip hop, M-Rayz. Thanks, Adam. Great to be here. Just so you know, I rap too. [audience cheering] Your new album feels much more personal. What changed? I stopped trying to impress people and started- Exactly. That's how I rap. You actually rap? Oh, yeah. Freestyle. He rhymed cat with cat yesterday. Then give me a beat, Dave. Let's hear it. [upbeat music] M-Rayz, give us something live. 30 seconds to break. City lights, midnight train, built my name through fire and rain. My name is Dave, and I am brave. Is he serious? Unfortunately. [machine whirring] Dave, your timing is incredible. Thank you. He means you stopped. [audience laughing] [upbeat music] Then why did the band stop?
