First you season it. Salt, then pepper. Nothing else. Let it rest for a minute. Don't touch it. Then straight onto the pan. No shortcuts. That's it. Nothing complicated. Did you get that? I think so. [squelching] [gasps] I think our guests are going to love it. [tense music] [chewing] [gasps] [whimpers] [body thuds] What do we do with him? Should we eat him too? No, I think he could be useful. [gentle music]
