[car engine] Barn, that light, it's following the car. It's a plane, Betty. Just keep watching the road. Planes don't stop midair, Barney. [sighs] Barney initially searched for a normal explanation. But the closer the object appeared, the harder it became to dismiss. [dramatic sound] It's just a plane. Has to be a plane. Eventually, Barney stopped the car and stepped outside to get a closer look. Using binoculars, he reported seeing a large object with unusual lights hovering above the landscape. What Barney saw in those moments would stay with him for the rest of his life. We have to go, right now. According to his later account, the object no longer seemed distant. It appeared to be moving closer.
