Mail comes in, and instead of going where it was addressed, it goes where we'd like it to go. Does the person it was sent to ever get it? No. That's the rule. Why? Evidentiary purposes. Evidence of what? Evidentiary purposes. [beeping] Seven, eight, nine. Wait, these are all going to... Is this all one guy? [chuckles] It's a tidy little rule, Adam. I asked if there was a ticket. [chuckles] He said it's in his texts, which I guess is technically a paper track. I added the ninth one. [beeping] That one's mine. Hi. Quick one. Did a payment come in for a records request, $160? Everything comes in. Wonderful. And where does it go? Great question for the auditor. [beeping] We told him how to pay. He paid the way we told him. We acknowledged the payment was coming. We extended the deadline so it could arrive. And when it didn't arrive by the deadline we extended so it could arrive, we closed the request for non-payment. Then we billed him $40.45. Where's the $160? That would require a records request. [chuckles] [beeping] He sent a question about the email rule, so I turned his question into a request. Now it's a request, and requests I can close. [gentle music] Walk me through the rule. Mail from one center to certain employees goes to a folder instead. Instead. So the employees never see it.
