[mysterious music] Good evening, night stalkers, insomnia-ridden souls, and truckers. You're tuned to The Witching Hour on KUIP AM 610. I'm Jack Mercer. Ever stumbled onto something that shouldn't exist? A road, a building, maybe a voice on the radio? Call in. [button clicks] You're on The Witching Hour. Name and where you're calling from? Eliza. Flagstaff, Arizona. I don't know how to explain this without sounding insane. My daughter's doll is still in her room, and I keep losing track of what I'm doing. Eliza, you said you were losing track. What exactly do you mean? I keep finding myself mid-action, like I missed the beginning of everything I'm doing. [gentle music] When did this start? After I left the radio on in my daughter's room. I don't remember going in there. I went in to turn it off, and I wasn't sure if I already had. And the doll? It's always there when I notice it, never where I expect it to be. I think I'm the one moving it without realizing, or I'm forgetting that I did. Eliza, would you say you're missing time? Unaccountable minutes or hours you simply can't place? Alleged alien abductees mention this in their reports. I wouldn't say missing, just not sure where it goes. I'll be doing something in the house, and suddenly I'm somewhere else. I think I'm continuing things I started earlier, but I don't remember starting them. Regardless of where I end up, the doll is always where I last was, staring. It's always just there, no matter how many times I put it away. [panting] Eliza, are you still with me? Looks like we lost Eliza. We'll be back after this break on The Witching Hour. [door creaks] [gentle music]
